The Terrace Cafe is very fast pace environment with a strong structure, service and sales ethic. Ideally you will have this experience within your CV.

Applicants must be passionate about great food and it is important that you have previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen.

You will be required to work cleanly and quickly under pressure within a team, and, thrive in a busy environment.

Candidates will be required to be hands on within all areas of the kitchen, you should be focused and enthusiastic, working as part of a friendly supportive team.

We are also seeking a team member looking for a position with longevity.

Your duties will include:

Efficiently washing up to a high standard & loading and unloading the dishwasher.
Putting all the washed and dried pates, cooking utensils, pots & pans in the right places.
Ensuring equipment cleaning tasks are carried out and cleaning rota is followed.
Food prepping & serving.
Cleaning down of your station after tasks are completed, ensuring correct code of practice is followed
Following health & safety and hygiene systems of the kitchen in accordance with the company's policies and instructions
Making sure company recipes and methods of preparation are followed precisely Hours of Work - Monday - Friday 8.30am - 3pm
