Responsibilities

Assist with food preparation and meal assembly in accordance with established recipes and standards Support catering events by preparing ingredients and setting up serving areas Maintain cleanliness of kitchen surfaces, utensils, and equipment to ensure food safety compliance Help with the organisation and storage of ingredients and supplies Serve food to guests or customers as directed by senior staff Follow health and safety regulations at all times, including proper handling of food products Support the team during busy periods by performing various kitchen duties as required

Qualifications

Previous experience in catering, cooking, or restaurant environments is desirable but not essential; training will be provided Basic knowledge of food preparation and safety standards Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team Good communication skills and a friendly attitude towards colleagues and customers Willingness to learn new skills within a fast-paced environment
