Cook/Kitchen assistant required for Part Time /Full Time . Shifts are 7.30am -6.00pm and 10.30am-6.30pm over 2 days. This will be on a rota basis which will include week days and working every other weekend. You must be able to work extra hours when required to cover sickness and annual leave.
You will have the highest standards in cleanliness, food safety and hygiene.
The role will include washing dishes, operating the dishwasher, preparing vegetables, beverages, ensuring that all areas are clean and tidy, etc. You will also be expected to be keen to progress from assisting to actually cooking in the future. This is a fast paced, active role.
Ideally, you'll have some kitchen experience with a level 2 basic food hygiene certificate or the willingness to work towards this. And, whenever you communicate with a resident or co-worker, you'll be truly considerate and kind.
