Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, including washing dishes, utensils, and equipment. Help with catering events by preparing food items according to specified menus. Ensure all food items are stored properly and labelled according to health regulations. Assist in inventory management by checking stock levels and reporting shortages to the kitchen manager. Follow all health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements

Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant setting is preferred but not essential; enthusiasm for learning is key. Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is highly desirable. Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a busy kitchen environment. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in meal preparation. Willingness to help with various tasks as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability. A passion for culinary arts and a desire to develop skills within the catering industry.

Pay: From 14.00 per hour
