We're looking for an
experienced Kitchen Assistant
with the flexibility and skills to step in as a
Relief Chef
when required. This dual role is essential in supporting our culinary team to ensure the preparation and delivery of high-quality meals while maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.

What You'll Do
Food Preparation:
Assist in preparing meals and snacks, ensuring efficiency and high standards. Step in as the chef to manage meal preparation and kitchen operations when needed.
Kitchen Cleanliness:
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the kitchen, including equipment, appliances, and surfaces.
Delivery Handling:
Receive, check, and safely store kitchen deliveries, ensuring all items are accounted for and properly stored.
Menu Execution:
Prepare meals according to set menus and dietary requirements when covering for the chef, ensuring variety and quality.
Health & Safety Compliance:
Adhere to food safety and health regulations, maintaining a safe working environment at all times.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with the chef and other kitchen staff to ensure a seamless operation, including adapting to the needs of residents.
Resident Engagement:
Help create a positive dining experience by understanding and catering to residents' preferences and dietary needs.
What You'll Bring
Kitchen Experience:
Proven experience as a kitchen assistant and the ability to step confidently into a chef's role when needed.
Culinary Skills:
