We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Assistant to join our culinary team. Duties

- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, including washing dishes, cleaning surfaces, and disposing of waste properly.
- Follow food safety protocols to ensure all meals are prepared in a safe and hygienic manner.
- Help with inventory management by checking stock levels and assisting with ordering supplies when necessary.
- Participate in catering events as required, ensuring that all food is presented beautifully and served promptly.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in a restaurant or catering environment is preferred but not essential.
- Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary skills is advantageous.
- Understanding of food safety standards and practices is important for maintaining a safe kitchen environment.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a busy kitchen setting while maintaining attention to detail.
