Kitchen Assistant Summer / Fringe
Job Description
We are looking to add to our Kitchen team.
The applicant will be working in a fast paced kitchen environment and able to learn from our head chef and chef team.
Duties will include:
- Stock rotation and deliveries
- Supporting chef and the team
- Kitchen cleaning
- Learning from our Chefs with the potential to grow in the role with training to become a chef
You will be included in Kitchen tips pool.
Reliable with good time keeping and excellent spoken English.
This is available as either part-time or full-time role including, evenings and weekend shifts.
All applicants must be available for the duration of the Edinburgh Fringe Festival including all weekends in August 2025

Pay: 10.50-13.00 per hour
