Job Summary:
Join our team as a Kitchen Assistant, where you will play a vital role in supporting meal preparation and kitchen operations. As a Kitchen Assistant, you will work closely with our grill and main chefs team to ensure food safety standards are met and assist in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.

Duties:
- Assist in food preparation, mainly breading chicken for frying. Prepare all fresh vegetables and salads. Prepare all the sides I.e fries, and other condiments.
- Support the chef and grill chef in various tasks as needed.
- Ensure food safety standards are followed during food preparation and storage.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area and all utensils and preparation items.
- Must be able to cut and prepare raw poultry Pre preparation.

Skills:
- Knowledge of basic kitchen operations and preparation techniques.
- Proficiency in cutting, slicing and dicing vegetables.
- Preparation and cutting of poultry prior to marination and breading for frying/ grilling.
- Excellent time management skills for effective task prioritization.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with customers and team members.
