Pine Lodge Residential Home is a small and friendly home located in Milton in Weston Super Mare.
We are looking for a Kitchen Assistant to join us working from 10-6 on weekdays as well as 10am-6pm every other Saturday and Sunday. Average hours, 32 hours a week.
You will be responsible for helping the chef to prep, plating up, washing up, cleaning and completing paperwork. This job role includes carrying out 2x tea rounds a day morning and afternoon with the residents. Completing a next day menu. When working the evening you will prepare a simple supper menu.
You will be required to cook during times of the Chef's annual leave.
You must have knowledge around food hygiene and COSHH. You must be willing to follow COVID-19 guidelines and Pine Lodge policies and procedures.
