Hello, we're Miss Poppy's, part of Eyres Furniture based in Worksop town centre, we've been established for over 150 years and looking for someone new to join our team.
We're looking for a dynamic and experienced individual to be part of our wonderful and newly refurbished cafe. Working with a small team, our kitchen assistants chip in to fulfil a variety of tasks such as food prep, cooking, cleaning and baking.
What the job entails:
Preparation of daily meals including cooking and baking meals from scratch.
Preparation, baking cakes and bakes (essential).
Proactive approach to ensure rotation is complete and disposals down to a minimum.
Ensuring all licensing laws are adhered to including verifying legal age requirements.
Maintaining clean and organised kitchen and prep areas, responding quickly to spills or other health and safety hazards.
Monitoring and replenishing stock levels
Stock ordering
Undertake any other tasks required from time to time which may contribute towards the successful operation of the coffee shop.

shifts are between 08:30-15:30
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: 12.25 per hour
Expected hours: 12 - 20 per week
