Legoland Windsor Resort is recruiting for a Kitchen Assistant to join our Hotel Kitchen Team in food preparation and service-related duties.

Shift opportunities include:




Full Time Fully Flexible


Weekend Availability


Various shifts with hours between 6am and 11pm

What does this role entail?



A day in the life of a Kitchen Assistant would include...



Preparing a range of high-quality dishes for our guests in one of our hotel restaurants in an efficient and timely manner to all levels of employee across the resort Being confident in providing excellent menu knowledge and having the ability to adhere to allergen and dietary requirements where necessary Adhering to the highest standards of Health & Safety as well as Food Safety both with the products that are served and within the working environment Supporting with deliveries and ensuring stock is stored correctly and safely Working as part of a team to ensure the operation runs smoothly

What is required for this role?



Here are some desirable qualities for this role...



Previous Food & Beverage or Hospitality experience is desired but full training will be given to the right candidate Food Safety qualifications desired Be able to remain calm under pressure and complete tasks in a timely manner Be a great communicator both with peers as well as the managment team Be adaptable and flexible to support with business requirements Be approachable at all times with a positive can-do attitude and show willingness towards being a team player
