KITCHEN ASSISTANT / BREAKFAST COOK - JOIN OUR TEAM IN PINNER!
We are seeking a dedicated kitchen assistant / breakfast cook with experience to play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of our business. This is a full-time permanent position (

As a kitchen assistant / cook you will be responsible for all food preparation, cooking, cleaning, and sanitizing the workspace. Additionally, you may spend time managing inventory, organizing previously prepared ingredients, and dealing with customers.
You will work alongside the chef to support with the service and ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the kitchen, maintaining high production, productivity, quality. You may also be entrusted with opening and closing and preparing for the following day's operations.
To thrive in this role, strong interpersonal skills and experience back-of-house operations are essential. We expect you to expertly oversee the shop floor, engage with customers, and manage seating capacity. Back-of-the-house management is equally important, as you will be responsible for setting work schedules, supervising food preparation, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Leading by example and providing support to your team during busy moments in our fast-paced environment will be key to your success. Ultimately, your dedication will ensure the seamless functioning of our restaurant and leave customers with amazing experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
Open and close the kitchen with precision and attention to detail.
Produce items from the set menu and ensure prep is managed to meet service requirements.
Work independently as well as part of the team.
Effectively prioritize work demands to meet objectives.
Serve as the point of escalation for internal and external customer queries, resolving issues with efficiency and professionalism.
Provide support in managing both full-time and part-time staff, ensuring a cohesive and motivated team.
Maintain exceptional cleanliness and hygiene standards.
Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.
Oversee cash handling procedures and reconcile sales.
Collaborate with the management team to implement marketing initiatives.
Conduct training sessions to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and high morale.
Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance customer experiences.
