About the role

As a Catering Assistant, you will oversee all aspects of preparation, operations, and customer service. Your responsibilities will include:

Taking and processing customers orders

Upholding cleanliness, hygiene standards and food safety regulations

Conducting food preparation and monitoring inventory levels

Providing a positive and friendly customer experience

Following portion guidelines to ensure consistent quantity and quailty

Addressing dietary requirements and food allergies

Social Media has been integral to our brand, so you'll actively contribute by gathering content to ensure we remain current on all social media channels. In our close-knit team, collaboration is key but also being able to work as an individual is essential.

About you

We are looking for an energetic and confident team player with an eagerness to learn. The ability to adapt to change and take on different tasks is crucial. In addition, you'll have:

Strong communication skills

Knowledge of basic food preparation and kitchen equipment

Previous catering experience

Previous customer service experience

Basic Food Hygiene and Health and Safety

An interest in street food
