Job Overview

We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Back of House Staff to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and service areas, contributing to a high-quality dining experience for our guests. Duties

Assist in the preparation of food items according to established standards. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, including washing dishes, cleaning surfaces, and disposing of waste properly. Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
Smaller everyday tasks including:

Assisting the chefs in the kitchen
Helping with deliveries
Preparing vegetables and meats
Assisting with stock rotation
Cleaning stations
Deep cleaning of kitchen

Washing up

Skills

Previous experience in a kitchen or hospitality environment is advantageous but not essential. Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively under pressure. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to facilitate teamwork. A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities. Knowledge of food safety regulations is a plus. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required by the business needs.
