Job: Kitchen Assistant/Serving Staff

Work Location area: Hexthorpe, Doncaster

We are currently recruiting for a general assistant to join our team. The job would be offered on a zero hour contract however would be guaranteed 16 hours a week with the opportunity for overtime.

Working hours

Monday-Thursday 4pm-10pm Saturday and Sunday through the day as and when required.

Holiday cover as and when required.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Helping with the preparation and Serving of meals Help to keep the kitchen and bar areas clean and tidy Ensure food and supply items are stored correctly Must be highly reliable, dependable and a good timekeeper Good team player Will be able to clearly communicate and understand basic instruction To include Bar Work, Stocking Up and General Housekeeping

About you

You must be an enthusiastic individual with exceptional communication skills, with a good understanding of customer service excellence. You will be an approachable, organised individual with the ability to multi-task. To provide the best quality meals, beverages, and experience consistently for all members and guests by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards. To follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines. To presents oneself professionally, be well groomed; ensure adherence to health and safety rules and quality store operations standards are met or exceeded. You must be willing to work varying shifts, weekends, evenings, and holidays.
Salary: 12.50 per hour

Expected start date: September 2025
