Kitchen & Bathroom Design and Sales Consultant, TG Builders Merchants Ltd, Bridgnorth, Shropshire

Full Time

Committed to delivering excellent service, our Bridgnorth branch of TG Builders Merchants are now seeking to recruit a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to work in this busy and fast paced branch. We currently have a vacancy for a full-time Design and Sales Consultant to work in our state-of-the-art showroom. We pride ourselves on our vast range and the aim is to continue providing a positive customer experience and driving sales within the department.

Key responsibilities:

Working in this specialist department to greet and serve customers in a polite and efficient manner

Maximise sales and demonstrate a good product knowledge of kitchens and bathroom products to customers

Meet high standards of display and to ensure the showroom is well presented

Assist in administration duties

Build relationships with customers both face to face and via the telephone

Develop your knowledge of our suppliers and the materials they supply

Assist with incoming supplier deliveries

Dealing with telephone queries effectively

You will:

have excellent customer service skills

Not be afraid of responsibility and use it to motivate you in your work

be a team player and offer flexibility

have great communication skills with both colleagues and customers

preferably have experience in a similar industry/sector. This is desirable but not essential as we are happy to train the right person
