Due to continued expansion and success within our family run business we are currently recruiting for an ambitious and dynamic designer from the midlands area, to work at our showroom in Leamington Spa.

Working with the rest of our team you will create a warm welcome for our customers and establish what they are looking for. You will be responsible for selling our range of luxury kitchens. We will give you all the tools and training needed to bring you up to speed with everything necessary to be successful in this role.

Previous sales experience is required with a confident, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn is a must!! A passion for design and interiors, as well as a high level of attention to detail is needed. Along with being someone who can stay motivated and is constantly aiming for the highest level of customer service.

We have multiple ways of working with our customers, whether it's face to face or remotely ensuring maximum availability to the whole of the UK. We also have a dedicated marketing team who establish a secure and continual customer database.

The key objective of the role is to design and sell our Kitchen, Bedroom & Bathroom furniture. Working with some of the industry's leading manufacturers will enable you to create bespoke and exciting special designs using CAD design packages. You will need to be able to conduct design consultations and then present your beautiful design either face to face or remotely. Therefore, we need someone who is confident and can effectively communicate their ideas with great problem-solving skills and creative thinking.

Here at the Aristocraft Group we will provide all the training you need and continuously develop you within your role.

Experience

Proven experience in KBB design or a related field is preferred. Proficiency in CAD software, ideally Winner. Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects efficiently. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and team members. A keen eye for detail and a passion for interior design trends are highly desirable.
Job Type: Full, Permanent Role.

Salary: 35,000, targets achieved 50k + OTE.
