We're growing and on the lookout for a

Kitchen Design Technician

What you'll be doing:

Processing bespoke kitchen orders from the designers in our retail network with care and precision Reviewing order accuracy and technical details to ensure everything works in the real world with our products Working closely with retailers to build trusted relationships - picking up the phone to talk things through when needed and using every mistake as an opportunity for both parties to learn for the future Raising orders for additional items and liaising across procurement and manufacturing Creating and checking supporting documentation, including simple computer-based technical drawings Keeping an eye out for improvements, better ways of working, or potential snags before they become issues

What we're looking for:

A confident communicator who isn't afraid to ask questions or offer suggestions Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills Good numeracy and computer literacy (we'll provide training on the systems we use) A problem-solver who wants to get things right first time - for the customer and the team Experience in the kitchen or interiors industry is ideal, but we're open to people with transferable skills and a strong work ethic A natural team player who's happy to pitch in and support colleagues when needed
