Working up to 16 hours per week, shifts will involve working weekdays, evenings and weekends, on a rota basis.
The successful Candidates must be Flexible and available to work at busy peak periods and holiday times.
As a Kitchen Porter you will be responsible for providing a high-level standard of cleanliness for both the kitchen and customers, as well as public areas to ensure the efficiency of service and total guest satisfaction.
The role will involve;
To achieve and maintain the standards and services in kitchen as set out by the Head Chef.
Servicing of all kitchen utensils, delph etc
Routine cleaning of all kitchen and public areas.
To keep store areas tidy, stocked and maintained at all times.
Waste disposal.
Operating dishwasher.
Assist Chefs as necessary.
Previous experience may be considered advantageous.

Previous kitchen experience in a restaurant or hotel setting
