Duties

Assist in the planning of menus, taking into account seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, including proper storage of ingredients and equipment.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow during busy service periods.
Monitor food inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as necessary.
Help train new kitchen staff on cooking techniques and safety practices.
