Duties

Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and standards, ensuring high quality and presentation. Assist in the preparation of ingredients, including chopping, slicing, and marinating. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety regulations. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during busy periods. Participate in catering events as needed, providing support in meal preparation and serving. Monitor food stock levels and assist with inventory management. Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Experience

Previous experience in a kitchen environment is preferred, including roles in catering or restaurants. Familiarity with meal preparation techniques and food safety practices is essential. Culinary experience will be advantageous but not mandatory; we welcome those eager to learn. Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced setting.
