Kitchen Lead / Team Leader

This role is pivotal to the next stage of our development across our multi-site organisation. We're looking for someone with passion, pride, and leadership to take full ownership of our ever-expanding kitchen operation.

Key Duties:

Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations Lead, motivate, and train the kitchen team Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation meet high standards Manage stock, ordering, and food safety compliance Work closely with management to deliver growth plans

Cook / Kitchen Assistant

The Cook role is just as important to our success as a Kitchen Lead or General Manager. Every role is a valued part of our organisation, each contributing to our mission of serving great food and supporting our local community.

Key Duties:

Prepare and cook meals to a high standard Assist with food prep, service, and cleaning Maintain hygiene and food safety standards Support the wider kitchen team and contribute to a positive environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.21-19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 50 per week
