Kitchen Manager

to run the show in our large, lively sport pub. With a brand-new burger concept, a popular pizza kitchen and weekend gastro pub menu, this is your chance to shape something exciting from day one.

What You'll Be Doing:

As our Kitchen Captain, you'll lead the line with energy, expertise, and a cool head under pressure. You'll work closely with our Executive Chef and General Manager to make sure the kitchen runs like a dream -- whether you're in it or not.

Your Mission Includes:

Leading and inspiring our young kitchen team Running a tight ship during service Nailing food safety, health & safety and kitchen audits Training and mentoring the crew Hitting key KPIs Managing stock and keeping an eagle eye on COGS Driving innovation, consistency, and positive vibes every day

About You:

You're a natural leader with a love for food and people You bring energy, humility, and a strong work ethic to the kitchen Grill or burger and pizza experience? Awesome -- but not essential (we'll train you up!) You take pride in food quality, kitchen cleanliness, and team culture You've got an eye for detail and a head for numbers
