Key Responsibilities

o?????Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day running.??????o?????Lead, train, and motivate the kitchen team to deliver high-quality dishes consistently.??????

o?????Create and update menus with seasonal and cost-effective ingredients.??????o?????Manage stock control, ordering, and supplier relationships.??????

o?????Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations.??????

o?????Monitor food costs, portion control, and minimize waste.??????

o?????Collaborate with management to maintain a positive, professional, and efficient working environment.

Requirements

o?????Proven experience as a Head Chef or Kitchen Manager in a busy restaurant.??????

o?????Strong leadership and team management skills.??????

o?????Excellent knowledge of food preparation, presentation, and international cuisine.??????

o?????Ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards.??????

o?????Good understanding of kitchen financials, stock management, and supplier negotiation.??????

o?????Relevant food hygiene and safety certifications.
