Summary

We are looking for a dedicated Kitchen Porter to join our team at Boston Tea Party. In this role, you will be essential in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, supporting our chefs in food preparation, and ensuring that our cafe continues to provide exceptional service to our customers.

Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area. Assist chefs with food preparation tasks as needed. Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment efficiently. Ensure all food safety standards are adhered to in the kitchen. Help with inventory management by restocking supplies when necessary. Support team members during busy service periods.

Requirements

Experience in a kitchen or restaurant environment is preferred but not essential. Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn and take direction. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude. A passion for food and hospitality.
