What you do:
The role:
Ensuring all pots, pans, crockery, cutlery, glassware and equipment is washed and stored quickly and efficiently for staff to use .
Complete all cleaning duties as required within the kitchen area and restaurant.
. Maintaining a high level of cleanliness outside the restaurant, including keeping bins and yard area tidy at all times.
. Assisting the Executive Head Chef and Sous Chef with all essential duties of the role.
Participate in training to maintain a high level of health and safety.
This role is a key part of the kitchen team so good communication skills are essential.

2+ year's experience in a similar role
Excellent communications skills
