Purpose of role
The Kitchen Porter is responsible for cleanliness standards in the kitchen, including the effective washing of dishes, pots and pans and the sanitisation of surfaces. They are also responsible for assisting chefs with food preparation work.
Essential Criteria
o Positive mindset, a great attitude and a willingness to learn
o Clean and presentable appearance
o A flexible approach to work and the duties required of the role
o Eligible to work and live in the UK in line with UK Legislation
o Ability to work nights, weekends and bank holidays
Desirable Criteria
o One years' experience working in a busy kitchen
o Food safety certificate
