Overview

The Three Tuns - a historic pub at the heart of Bishops Castle - is reopening very soon, and we're building a brand-new kitchen team to join us on this exciting journey. We are looking for a reliable and hardworking

Kitchen Porter

to provide vital support behind the scenes. This role is essential to keeping the kitchen running smoothly, cleanly, and efficiently.

Responsibilities

Keep the kitchen, equipment, and utensils clean and sanitised at all times. Wash pots, pans, plates, and other items quickly and efficiently. Assist chefs with basic food preparation as required. Help with deliveries, unpacking, and storing ingredients safely. Maintain high standards of hygiene and organisation in all kitchen areas. Support the kitchen team during busy service periods.

Skills & Qualities

A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to work as part of a team. Good time management and ability to stay organised under pressure. Strong attention to cleanliness and hygiene. Reliability and a strong work ethic. No prior experience needed - full training will be provided.
