Duties will include:
You will assist our Chefs with the preparation of food
Maintain high standards of cleanliness of kitchen utensils, equipment, plates and cutlery.
Assist in setting up and clearing down of the kitchen each day
Report faulty equipment problems to the Executive Chef
Fully comply with Health & Safety and Food Hygiene regulations at all times
Undertake any other duties and tasks as assigned by the Chef
Skills/Experience required
Previous experience in a similar role is essential
Self-motivation
Excellent attendance and time keeping record
Ability to work as part of a team
You will need to be flexible and available for various shifts
You will need to be reliable and conscientious in your work
