The Oak Barn Restaurant is an independent top rated, 150 cover restaurant in West Sussex.
We specialise in rosette standard menus using locally sourced ingredients to produce Modern British Fayre.

Responsibilities & Duties:
- Preparing the kitchen for an efficient service
- Assist or chefs in aspects of food preparation & service
- Operating & maintaining equipment
- Handwashing dishes, utensils & cooking equipment
- Maintaining a clean & safe working environment
- Adhere to health & safety regulations
- Daily varied jobs
- Dispose of waste appropriately

Approx Shift Times:
- 9am - 4pm
- 530pm - 10/1030pm
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: 10.00-12.50 per hour
