We are looking for:

Pizzeria Kitchen Porters

You will assist in the preparation of authentic, high quality food for our customers
Duties will include:

To wash and dry kitchen pots and utensils and to ensure their proper storage To ensure that the food preparation areas are clean and hygienic To clean the food preparation equipment, floors and other kitchen tools or areas To sort, store and distribute ingredients To assist in stock taking and storage, including checking deliveries To report any problems to the shift leader or line manager To adhere to existing working practices, methods, procedures, undertake relevant training and development activities and to respond positively to new and alternative systems On performing your duties, exercise them with due diligence and loyalty such knowledge skill and expertise as may be reasonably be expected of a person carrying out such duties From time to time you may be required to take on other duties of which you are capable in addition to or in place of your normal duties

Requirements

To be able to work independently and as part of a team, to be willing to learn To be able to work efficiently within a busy high-pressured kitchen Highly organised and punctual, driven to learn in a busy environment Excellent attention to detail Available to work flexible hours that include evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays Great understanding of the importance of health and hygiene
