Job Description

The Crown Hotel is a 67 bedroomed country house Hotel approximately 3.2 miles outside Carlisle

Includes evenings and weekend shifts

As a Kitchen Porter you will report directly to the Head Chef

your role will involve:

Maintaining high standards of cleanliness in the kitchen Cleaning and washing of all kitchen equipment Ensuring that the chefs have all equipment available to prepare dishes
The ideal candidate must also have the following attributes

A good understanding of Health & Hygiene Ability to work quickly and efficiently Enthusiasm and hardworking Ability to work under pressure Must have the experience of working in Hotel Kitchens
