Who We Are - The Client Support Team (CST)

The Client Support Team (CST) is an internal service within Lexington, dedicated to delivering outstanding hospitality and staffing solutions across multiple London venues. Our talented front-of-house professionals, chefs, and kitchen porters' step in to maintain seamless service during events and busy periods - ensuring every guest experience meets Lexington's high standards.

Your Role - Kitchen Porter

As a Kitchen Porter, you'll be an essential part of the team, ensuring our kitchens run smoothly, safely, and efficiently while supporting the chefs and front-of-house teams to deliver outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities:

Keep the kitchen clean, organised, and fully stocked at all times. Support chefs with basic food preparation and kitchen setup. Operate and maintain equipment safely, reporting issues promptly. Assist with service when required. Adhere to COSHH, Food Safety, and Health & Safety procedures at all times.

What You Bring:

A genuine interest in hospitality and customer service excellence. A hard-working team player with a proactive attitude. Strong communication skills and attention to detail. Catering experience is essential.
