is looking for a reliable and enthusiastic

Kitchen Assistant

to support our chefs and help keep our kitchen running smoothly. Christmas & New Years Eve/ Day availability with the exception of Christmas Day as we will be shut.

The Role:

As Kitchen Assistant, you'll be a key part of our back-of-house team, helping with food prep, maintaining a clean and organised kitchen, and supporting the chefs wherever needed. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in a professional kitchen and learn from a talented culinary team.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with basic food preparation tasks. Ensure all kitchen areas are kept clean, tidy, and hygienic. Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment. Receive and store deliveries correctly. Support chefs and front-of-house team as required.

A strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Good team player with a positive attitude. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Previous kitchen experience is a bonus but not essential - full training provided.
