Key Responsibilities:

To clean and wash up all kitchen and service items in an efficient manner. To assist in the preparation of food as required. To keep the kitchen and restaurant areas in a clean and tidy state at all times. To operate heavy equipment according to manufactures instructions.

Qualifications

Experience in a catering or food service environment is desirable but not essential. Basic understanding of food hygiene and safety practices (Level 1 Food Safety Certificate is a plus). Strong teamwork and communication skills. A friendly, customer-focused attitude. Ability to maintain cleanliness and organisation in a fast-paced environment.
