Responsibilities:
- Assist in food preparation and cooking under the supervision of the kitchen staff
- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas
- Wash dishes, pots, pans, and other kitchenware
- Organize and stock ingredients and supplies in designated storage areas
- Assist with receiving and storing deliveries
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
- Help with banquet and catering events as needed

Skills:
- Basic knowledge of culinary techniques and food handling procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Good communication skills to effectively work with the kitchen team
- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods of time

Please note that this position requires previous experience working in a culinary or food service environment. Hotel or restaurant experience is preferred.
