Key Responsibilities:

Assist with food preparation and ensure all ingredients are ready for cooking. Support chefs and kitchen staff in maintaining a smooth and efficient kitchen operation. Wash dishes, pots, and utensils, and ensure kitchen cleanliness. Help with storage and organization of kitchen supplies and ingredients. Follow food safety and hygiene standards, ensuring compliance with all regulations. Assist with other kitchen tasks as required, including food service and clearing.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a kitchen environment is preferred but not essential. Strong communication skills and a team-player attitude. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn. Good time management and attention to detail. Must be able to work evening & weekends.
