This autumn will mark the launch of Labombe by Trivet, a new partnership between the team behind two Michelin-Starred Bermondsey restaurant Trivet and COMO Metropolitan London based on Park Lane, Mayfair.
Labombe by Trivet will be a wine-forward restaurant; an evolution of the original bar concept created by Co-Founders, Michelin Starred Chef Jonny Lake and Master Sommelier Isa Bal. Placing emphasis on the new food menu, dishes will be designed around the grill with a small number of signatures borrowed from Trivet, while the wine list will focus on an essential by-the-glass selection

As Kitchen Porter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the kitchen by maintaining cleanliness, assisting with basic food preparation, and supporting the wider kitchen team. Your responsibility will be to uphold hygiene standards, manage washing and storage areas efficiently, and ensure that chefs have everything they need during service. This role is ideal for someone with a strong work ethic and a keen eye for cleanliness and organisation.
