Salary: 30,160 per annum
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure the effective and efficient supply of food, goods, and equipment to the kitchen and peripheral areas. To comply with food safety and health & safety regulations at all times.
SPECIFIC AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
Delivery of all food, beverages goods, and equipment to all outlet in the correct specified way as per the SOP.
To ensure all operating, food, and health & safety standards are always followed.
Assisted the logistics manager and back-of-house supervisor in ensuring all back-of-house catering functions' smooth and efficient operation.
Set up and broke down events, function rooms, and cooking equipment such as BBQs.
Moving heavy goods and equipment safely around the business.
General cleaning and dishwashing tasks in support of the wider business.
Follows any reasonable request from the management
Qualifications
Previous experience in a kitchen or cleaning role is desirable but not essential.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and hygiene.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Good communication skills.
