Jam Shack are recruiting for an experienced reliable full time Kitchen Porter to immediately join our team based in the East London area. We offer flexible working conditions and happy to offer more hours for those who may want them. This is a part-time role where full training will be provided. You must 18+ and be flexible to work 1 days per week on Sunday for 10-12 hours. (May need Saturday hours also)

Kitchen Porter Key Responsibilities:
Ensure crockery & all other catering equipment are washed in a speedy and efficient manner.
Cleaning all catering surfaces and equipment to the required standard
Assisting the chef when required.

In this role, you will be expected to
Basic food preparation
Washing up, cleaning, clearing all kitchen areas
Unloading and putting away deliveries
Emptying bins, sweeping and mopping floors
Ensuring all equipment is clean and put away correctly
Deep cleaning fridges and store rooms to maintain sanitary and kitchen safety standards
In this role, you will need to be able to work weekends as these are our busiest times.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract

Pay: 12.50-13.00 per hour
