We are currently seeking a dedicated and proficient Kitchen Porter to join our esteemed kitchen team. As a Kitchen Porter,you will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and order in the kitchen,supporting the culinary team in delivering a seamless dining experience. If you have a strong work ethic,are committed to cleanliness,and are eager to contribute to the success of a high-end restaurant,we invite you to be a key player in the kitchen at our amazing restaurant.
Please note the shift pattern for this role is only 4pm until 1am/2am
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure the cleanliness of all kitchen equipment,utensils,and dishes. Wash and sanitize pots,pans,and other kitchen tools. Assist in the general cleaning of kitchen surfaces and floors. Collect and remove kitchen waste and recycling. Support the culinary team with basic food preparation tasks. Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Follow health and safety guidelines.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Kitchen Porter or in a similar role is advantageous but not required. Strong work ethic and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Basic understanding of health and safety practices. Ability to lift and move heavy items.
