The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our kitchen operations, ensuring cleanliness and organisation while assisting our chefs in food preparation. Duties

Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, pots, and pans. Assist chefs with food preparation tasks, including chopping vegetables and preparing ingredients. Ensure all kitchen equipment is cleaned and stored correctly after use. Help with the delivery and storage of food supplies and ingredients. Support the team in maintaining health and safety standards within the kitchen. Assist in keeping the kitchen tidy throughout service periods, ensuring a smooth workflow. Participate in regular deep cleaning of kitchen equipment and areas as required.

Requirements

Previous experience in a hospitality or culinary environment is preferred but not essential. A strong work ethic with the ability to work efficiently under pressure. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively with colleagues. A willingness to learn and develop skills within the kitchen environment. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends if required.
