A fabulous new B&I location for the UK's biggest gas distribution network. Based in Coventry. We cater for about 600 daily. We offer a core feeding of Breakfast, Lunch, Deli bar and mobile coffee cart and vending. There is a good amount of hospitality at this location and operates Monday to Friday. Additional benefits of this location are free use of onsite gym and free parking.

Kitchen Porter

to join our established & friendly team at our prestigious location in

Coventry. CV7 9JU

The Vaccancy is Monday to Friday - 30 Hours per week 9.30am - 3.30pm

You'll be playing a big part in keeping the kitchen hygienic, safe, and up to our very high standards of cleanliness.

Key skills:

Experience of pot wash duties would be an advantage Receiving & putting away orders Excellent customer service skills Flexible to additional hours on occasions Great team player Be able to help the Chefs with some food prep Ensure high standards of cleanliness at all times Clean and maintain all kitchen equipment Clean allocated pieces of heavy catering equipment using instructions and cleaning materials including air filter and extraction systems. Operate industrial dishwasher

We are looking for:

Kitchen Porter experience is preferred, but not essential. Can do attitude. Organisation Skills.

Knowledge / competencies:

Ability to demonstrate reasonable / good understanding and use of verbal English. Ability to demonstrate reasonable / good standard of written English and reading skills. Similar experience of customer and / or food preparation environment is preferred
