The Role

- Maintaining our high standards of food service

- Responsible for Keeping all kitchen areas clean, tidy, and hygienic

- Supporting the kitchen team during busy service

- Following all food safety and health & safety standards

- Assisting with basic food prep as needed

The person

- Experience working in a high volume, fast paced kitchen

- Great communication skills

- Willingness to learn, take on varied tasks, and work effectively as part of a team

- Understand and adhere to all food safety measures
