For our newest Nottingham location, we're looking for an experienced and adaptable

Kitchen Porter

Key responsibilities:

Keep the kitchen clean, organised, and running smoothly throughout service. Wash and store pots, pans, dishes, and utensils quickly and efficiently. Support the chefs by keeping work areas tidy and stocked with clean equipment. Take out rubbish and recycling, following proper hygiene and safety procedures. Assist with basic food preparation when required. Maintain cleaning schedules and ensure all areas meet food safety standards. Handle equipment carefully and report any maintenance issues promptly. Work efficiently to help the team deliver great service, especially during busy periods.

Skills & Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Kitchen Porter or in a busy kitchen environment is an advantage. Hard-working, reliable, and always willing to get stuck in. Excellent time management and attention to detail. Able to work efficiently and stay organised under pressure. Positive attitude and strong team spirit. Good understanding of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards (training provided if needed). Flexible with shifts, including evenings and weekends. Punctual, responsible, and takes pride in maintaining high standards.
