Kitchen Porter

to support our kitchen team. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a vibrant new opening, working behind the scenes to help maintain a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, including washing dishes, utensils, and equipment. Assisting chefs with basic food preparation tasks as required. Ensuring work areas, storage, and walk-in fridges are kept clean and tidy. Disposing of waste safely and in line with health & safety standards. Supporting the smooth running of service by keeping the kitchen stocked and organised.

Skills & Qualifications:

Previous experience in a kitchen or hospitality environment is desirable but not essential. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and hygiene. Reliable, hardworking, and able to follow instructions. Flexible and a good team player with a positive attitude.
