Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Porter to join our dynamic team at The Loopy Shrew in . This role is essential in supporting our kitchen operations, ensuring cleanliness and efficiency, and contributing to our mission of providing outstanding hospitality.
Responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.
Assist with food preparation tasks as directed by chefs. Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment promptly. Support kitchen staff during busy service periods. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Help with inventory management and stock rotation. Report any maintenance issues to management. Contribute to a positive team environment.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant setting is preferred.
Strong understanding of food hygiene practices. Ability to work efficiently under pressure. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. Flexibility to work various shifts as needed. A passion for food and hospitality.
