Duties

Ensure all kitchen equipment is cleaned and stored properly after use. Help with the organisation of food storage areas, ensuring proper stock rotation. Support the culinary team during busy service periods by providing assistance as needed. Adhere to health and safety regulations, maintaining a hygienic working environment. Assist with waste disposal and recycling efforts to promote sustainability within the kitchen.

Experience

Previous experience in a kitchen or hospitality setting is advantageous but not essential. A keen interest in culinary arts and food preparation is highly desirable. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team. A proactive attitude towards learning and development within the hospitality industry.
