Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, pots, and pans. Support cooks by performing basic cooking tasks as required. Ensure all kitchen equipment is cleaned and stored properly after use. Help with inventory management by restocking supplies and reporting shortages. Adhere to health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for all staff.

Experience

Previous experience in a kitchen environment is preferred but not essential; we welcome those eager to learn. Experience in restaurants, hotels, or other hospitality settings is highly valued. A willingness to develop skills within the hospitality industry are essential. Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
