The Mussel and Steak Bar has been a firm favourite for 20 years with worldwide visitors and Scots alike since we opened in 2005. We have been granted the most popular seafood and steakhouse by various organizations. Our restaurant has been awarded a member of the Scotch Beef Club because we have inspected and satisfied the criteria regarding the quality, provenance, handling and preparation of the scotch beef that is served.
We are looking to hire motivated individuals and caring characters to join our back of house team. Our philosophy is we care very much about our team as much as our customers. We believe our team deserve to be paid more than the minimum hourly rate so we offer 11 per hour.

job includes main cleaning duties , dirty dishes and kitchen prep dishes, also includes cleaning mussels and opening oysters , training will be provided , full details will be provided in the interview.
